As part of the Foraging Fortnight Festival I will be leading an ethnobotanical walk in the beautiful Dunnyduff Wood in Keith, Moray. During the walk participants will get the chance to meet some of the plants that have been part of the lives of humans’ lives in the past, and that are also used in present day as food, medicine or fibre. There will also be the chance to try some wild food on this walk as well as learn about how to forage sustainably and safely.
This event is suitable for ages 8 upwards
Pick up’s available from Keith Town Center for those using public transport, please call me to arrange.
