Inspired by the Japanese tradition of Shinrin Yoku, gentle meditative exercises, such as focusing on the breath and mindfulness techniques are used to reduce stress, still the mind, and cultivate a richer relationship with the woodland and all that lives there.
During this three hour workshop you will have the opportunity to drop deeper into the inherent stillness that is within you whilst also opening the eyes, hearts and minds to the forest are in.
At the end of the session you will have a more meaningful relationship with nature by not just being more present there but by also being able to recognise and name certain Flora and Fauna
